We have received a lot of emails from people that download visio files and when they are unzipped they get an error message stating the file is corrupted.

For some reason this only seems to happen when using the Internet Exporer browser.  It's been an issue for some time and is on our to do list of things to fix. 

To get around the issue is to simply download the visio files using a different browser (actually any other browser will do).

I know many people dont' like to do this and we are working to get the problem fixed.

Where is the link to download the visio stencil files?  I don't find it at all, I constantly get redirected to create a new account, even tho I'm logged in.  What's the malfunction with this website?

Hi Larry,

What Browser are you using?  Just curious. 

 

When you login you should see a link for the Viso downloads.

From there you will see all of the files available for download.  It sounds like you not seeing the entire page or something is blocking you from seeing everything.

 

Let me know so that I can get this fixed asap.
