How do you do Packet capture on Router without sniffer or Fluke |

Does anyone know how you would do a packet capture without using a Sniffer or a Fluke? One of my coworkers says there is a way to see traffic ( what type, source/destination, etc) on an interface with Router commands. Could someone let me know how to do that? Thanks
